1.Please log in at the fishing shelter upon arrival and log out when leaving .



 2. Boobys must not be used .NO Blobs are to be used No powerbait to be used on our fishery  No set lines, No ground bait to be used. 

 3. Use Barb less Hooks Only

 4. Use No more than 2 flies per line. 

 5.Fishermen must use great care when doing Catch and Release, All fish released should be left in the water at all times. 

 6. We ask that fishermen When Taking fish, Please do not practice Catch Sharing.

 7. Fishermen are to park in the fishery car park only. 

(Disabled Drivers vehicles with a Blue Badge only are allowed beyond the gate)

 8.  All fish must be weighed in at the end of session 

NO Powerbait to be used at the fishery

 9. please do not use sinking fly lines, use floating, and intermediate only...

 10. When taking fish, you must take the first fish caught, any size.  The fishery would prefer that you release fish over 4 pounds but this is your decision.  Releasing of bigger fish  will allow the larger fish to be caught another day..... thanks   

11. please let staff know how many fish you caught and released if doing catch and release fishing

it is also helpful to know what flies fish were being caught on if possible.(this is helpful for new fishermen, and for they fly box information) 

 Note:  We will be providing near the sign in and out book a board to record flies used  this will be called the   "FLY BOX"

12. Help keep your fishery tidy.   Please put all litter in bins provided.
13. The fishery reserves the right to inspect bags and vehicles at any time

Bait Fishing Rules
 


 1. Use live bait only ( worms, and maggots only)

Do not use corn, powerbait, or any other baits.

2. No catch and release in Bait Lake  Under any circumstances.

3.  Once paid for limit is caught your session is finished unless you arrange with the office and pay for extra fish @ £5.00 per fish

4. No spinning allowed

5.Fishermen are to park in the fishery car park,

Disabled Drivers Vehicles with a Blue Badge only are allowed  beyond the gate

7.   All fish to be weighed in at the end of session

8. Please treat all others and their property with respect

9. Do not practice Catch Sharing  

  We reserve the right to check all bags and vehicles prior to leaving the fishery
